The location is stunning and lovely and they have parking on-site. Extra attentive and reasonably good staff provides an impeccable service. Make sure to get deluxe double room with a nice coffee and great view plus a large balcony.

I liked the deluxe twin room with comfortable seating area separate from the gigantic double bed and continental breakfast. The location for Puerto de la Cruz was excellent, short walk to 2 restaurants-the oriental, and il papagallo, as the third one, 'the slim' is n't a suitable option for children in terms of menu choices and seems designed for those on a wellness break, a beautiful garden and the beach and town area. You can find Pizzeria da Arianna few metres away from the hotel to a have lunch.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a peaceful area, near to several restaurants, the wonderful botanical gardens, and Puerto de La Cruz at very short notice. I asked for twin/double room and it was normal double and spacious with a 9 metre balcony. The bonus was nice room decor and good bar.

This was a luxury stay for my fifth visit. The room was normal double and extremely pleasant with a nice south facing balcony, a huge bed, for instance, I felt like at home. The location of the hotel was quiet, among beautiful gardens. I thoroughly enjoyed to be here for a christmas and will come back.

This accommodation had a central setting in beautiful surroundings. The bed was comfortable. I recommend you to eat at Bodeguita Algarrobo, that is set 200 metres away. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Betancourt y Molina bus stop. It was definitely 5 stars for me.
